Where we work

Sixty miles around Tampa, and we come to you for all of it.

Demo, site survey, installation, warranty work, repairs. Everything happens at your property — you never box a machine up or drop it off somewhere.

The short version

If you're within about 25 miles of us, there's no trip charge at all. Beyond that it's a flat $35 — and never for a first demo, wherever you are inside the 60 miles.

Robotic mowers are bought once and lived with for years, so the thing that actually matters is whether somebody local will still pick up the phone in year three. That's the whole reason we draw a boundary instead of pretending to cover the state.

The map

Two circles, and that's the whole policy

The outer ring is where we sell, install and service. The inner ring is the zone around our Westchase shop where no trip charge applies. Cities are plotted at their true bearing and distance.

60 miles from TampaOur service area. Sales, installation, warranty work and repairs, all at your property. Beyond this line we'll say so honestly rather than take the job and let you down later.
25 miles from our shop · no trip chargeMeasured from Westchase, where we're based — not from downtown. That's why the inner circle sits a little west of the Tampa marker. Inside it, a service call carries no travel cost at all.
Not sure which side of the line you're on?

Give us your address and we'll tell you straight away. Distances here are measured in a straight line, so a few places sit close enough to the boundary that the map alone won't settle it — and we'd rather answer that on the phone than surprise you on an invoice.

Travel

What the trip charge is, and when it isn't charged

One flat number, published, with the exceptions named. There is no per-mile meter and nothing gets added at the door.

Your first demo

We bring a machine to your grass and let it work for about 45 minutes, anywhere inside the 60 miles. No trip charge, no fee, no obligation — including in Sarasota, Lakeland or Brooksville.

Installation day

Installation is $650 per machine and that's the whole number. The trip charge doesn't get added to it, wherever you are in the service area.

Maintenance plan visits

The four scheduled visits on the $300 annual plan don't carry a trip charge either. They're on our calendar, so we route them sensibly and that's our problem, not yours.

Service calls past 25 miles

A repair visit, a warranty diagnosis, a wire-break trace or a re-map at an address beyond 25 miles adds $35 to the visit. It appears on the estimate before we come out, not afterwards.

Counties and towns

Where our customers actually are

Six counties, give or take the edges. If your town isn't named and you're inside the ring, we still cover you — this is a list of the common ones, not a limit.

What "we come to you" covers

Every part of it happens at your property

Step one

Demo on your grass

Not a showroom carpet. Your slope, your St. Augustine, your fence line, your pool deck. About 45 minutes, and we'll tell you if a smaller machine would do — it often would.

Step two

Site survey

We measure the lawn, look at where the dock can go, check satellite sky view for the wire-free machines, and price it properly instead of guessing from an aerial photo.

Step three

Installation and commissioning

Dock sited, power run to your existing outlet, zones and schedules mapped, cutting height set for your grass type, first cut watched.

Afterwards

Warranty and repair

We're the authorized dealer, so a claim goes through us, at your house. No shipping label, no queue, no dealing with a manufacturer yourself.

Common questions

About the area and the travel

Do I pay the trip charge for a demo?

No. A first demo is free anywhere inside the 60 miles, trip charge included. If you're in Sarasota or Brooksville and you want to see a machine on your own lawn before you spend thousands of dollars, that shouldn't cost you $35 to find out. The charge only applies once you're a customer and we're coming out for service.

Why 25 miles from Westchase and not from downtown Tampa?

Because that's where the van starts. Our shop is in Westchase, on the northwest side, so the honest circle is drawn from there. It has one odd-looking consequence: Plant City is closer to downtown Tampa than Clearwater is, but it's further from us — so Plant City carries the charge and Clearwater doesn't. We'd rather explain that than quietly measure from a point that flatters the map.

Is it $35 per visit or per job?

Per visit. If a repair needs a part ordered and a second trip, we don't charge it twice for the same job — that's on us, not you. It's charged once per job, on the estimate, before anyone drives anywhere.

Does it get added to my installation?

No. Installation is $650 per machine and that's the number, anywhere in the service area. Same for the four visits on the annual maintenance plan — those are scheduled, so we route them efficiently and absorb the travel.

I'm just outside 60 miles. Will you still come?

Ask us. The line isn't a wall — it's roughly how far we can go and still promise to come back quickly when something needs attention. A few miles past it for a commercial site with several machines is a different conversation from a single residential mower two hours away. What we won't do is take the sale and then be unreachable, which is the whole problem with buying one of these from a marketplace listing.

Do you cover commercial sites across the whole area?

Yes, and the same boundary applies. Multi-machine commercial sites almost always run on a service agreement, which folds the visits and the travel into one annual number rather than billing each trip.

What if I move within the area?

The machine comes with you. Wire-free machines get re-mapped at the new property rather than dug up — that's quoted per job, and if the new address is inside 25 miles the travel is free.
