GreenMow Robotics is Scott and Suzanne Parker — husband and wife, veteran and family owned, working out of Westchase since 2020.
There are two of us, and that's the point
Scott and Suzanne run GreenMow between them. Both of them sell, both of them service, and one of them is who arrives when you book a demo — and who comes back if the machine ever needs attention.
There is no call centre, no dispatch queue, and no technician you've never met turning up in an unmarked van. On a purchase like this that matters more than it sounds, because the thing you're really buying is that somebody knows your property and picks up the phone.
We started in the summer of 2020, out of Westchase. Six years on we're still the two people who answer it.

Two things, and they haven't changed since 2020: the technology genuinely works, and a quiet, emission-free lawn is a better thing to leave behind than a two-stroke one.
Robotic mowing isn't new — the first machines appeared in the mid-nineties, and there are millions of them working in Europe. What changed recently is satellite positioning, which removed the boundary wire and made the whole thing practical on ordinary American properties. We thought Tampa should have proper access to that, from someone who understands both the machines and Florida grass.
A dealer, not a mowing service
Worth being clear about, because we started out looking like the other thing.
We sell you the machine
You own it. We're not renting you a service you have to keep paying for, and we're not on your property every week with a trailer.
We install it properly
Survey, dock siting, satellite reference station, zones, schedules, cutting height set for your grass type, first cut supervised. Usually a half day.
We service it at your house
Being the authorized dealer means warranty work happens on your property. You never box a mower up and ship it anywhere.
We keep parts on the shelf
Blades, wheels, chargers, body panels. Held in Tampa rather than ordered in from a warehouse when something goes wrong.
We carry four machines out of a much longer catalogue
University of Florida guidance puts standard St. Augustinegrass at three and a half to four inches. Most robotic mowers on the market stop at two point four — they will scalp a Florida lawn no matter how much acreage they claim to cover.
So we don't sell those here. Every machine we carry is a high-cut machine, which is why our lineup is shorter than the manufacturer's and why we sometimes talk people out of a mower they've already decided on.
It costs us sales. We think it's the difference between a dealer and a shop.

What you get, and what you don't
You get the owners
The person who quotes the job is the person who installs it and the person who services it. Nothing gets lost in a handover, because there isn't one.
You get straight answers
Including the ones that cost us money — that a smaller machine would do, that your yard is too shaded, or that this isn't the right fit at all.
You don't get a showroom
We come to you instead. The demo happens on your grass, which tells you far more than a machine running on a display floor ever would.
You don't get a huge review count
We're a two-person business in a niche market. What we do have is a five-star record and customers who'll take your call — ask and we'll put you in touch with one.
